Do scam webpages get shut down?

Health, entertainment, living, business….The list goes on.

Pages that have been proven to be scams cannot be shut down. I find this sad because scams are being advertised. I ran across this hair growing page called Provillus. A hair regrow product that doesn’t work and also has a lot of fake customers claiming to have dramatic results and even has emails sent to subscribers saying how much it works. Then there was this entertainment systems page. Danwave. Turns out this is a white van scam. A fake webpage posted to make scam items look official. And businesses to make you money.

I’m not really sure why they are allowed to stay up. If you know that then answer as well. Is it even legal to have a scam page?

    Hi! I’m 28 yrs old, i’m not completly bold but I can see that my hair is going slowly slowly. I’m trying at the moment the hair product calls schwarskpohf active m(if I spell right) but it doesn’t seem it ‘s working after using 2 months, in fact my hair is gone thiner.. I heard abouth the tablets calls "PROVILLUS" it seems to be no 1 on costumer reviews but I can not see any costumer who write actually! Is there any other products and do they work or provillus work? never tried that and when I see tablets, I’m afraid of the side effects. scared to order one and waste money and time and +side effects. has anybody there also use swarskoph active m shampoo and tonic? Thanks
